I'm a fan of your mods and fixes, but this it's a bit useless for me, you have just lowered the chance to find ingots but not quantity. I think i will do an esp by myself. At least thank you for the idea.
Yes, I didn't want to re-edit leveled lists too much... and preferred this other approach that still drastically reduces available ingots.... Did you still find big quantities of ingots available in shops?
@toddprint You probably have some other mods (merchants mods etc.) modifying the chance-list edited by this one. Try to put this mod as the last one in loading order....
