Please stop complaining about "Realism". Wanna something real? How about "There's no Atronach in real life"? or .. How about "There's no Magic in real life"? It's a game. And a Game doesn't have to be all real. If you want everything real on a Game.. Then have a Real Life.
I like the look but one thing that bothers me about the Flame Atronachs is that they don't emit light. If I am walking through a dark dungeon, I shouldn't need to use magefire to light the way if I am standing next to a six foot torch. Can you find a way to make them produce light?
