I am writing this as a quick tutorial on how to fix the problems with the female feet mesh. This requires reasonable proficiency in 3D modeling and the means to import and export nifs. So, more of a tutorial for modders.
I love these raptor feet, and the mod is still absolutely worth using, but unfortunately the author badly neglected the female feet. Easy to fix with a little know-how Firstly, there is no high weight nif, so you'll need to make one by snapping the vertices at the ankle to the position of the high weight foot for whatever body you use, then export it as a new nif.
Secondly, it took me forever to figure out why there was still an ankle gap in-game towards the front of the model. This is caused by improperly weighted vertices. I discovered that the male body is weighted differently at the shin than the female, and the feet need to match at the ankle, and the mod author never adjusted for this and left the female feet weighted the same as the male. To fix this, you'll simply need to select the entire top most vertex loop at the ankle (where the feet meet the body mesh), and assign all of those vertices a weight of 1 in group NPC Calf, and a weight of 0 in group NPC Foot. This will need to be done separately for the left and right feet, both high and low weight, for a total of 8 vertex groups. Re-export both high and low weight, dial in the lighting and shader properties in Nifskope, and you'll finally have properly working female raptor feet. I also recommend subdividing the naked feet as the original is extremely low poly.
There is this https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1975/?%C2%A0=&tab=files which includes digitigrade khajiit too, but not in its own mod. And it doesn't work right out of the box, it doesn't include the texture fix from this mod, I'm trying to extract the meshes and textures from here to make them work there. But it might be easier to see if one of the retextures for this mod would fix it.
