I used this one for a while - loved it. Aesthetically not the best place, for functionality and navmesh issues however it's great. A lot of basement mods don't have an enchanting table and/or alchemy. Why you want a whole workshop (unless it's single cell) is beyond me since you have them right outside your house.

If you have the Hearthfire DLC and have adopted and are wondering, YES this mod adds an Alchemy table and an Enchanting table to upstairs bedroom and does so with no problems at all. It's that simple.

I am surprised (in light of the issues people have with Bethesda's decision to screw up Breezehome instead of finding a solution to the adoption/alchemy table puzzle) that more people aren't using this.

Nothing fancy, works great, solves a problem. Good work!

    UPDATE -
Having read the previously posted comments, it's pretty obvious that they were made before the changes Hearthfire causes were fully realized.

Once again, this is the easy, non-pain-in-the-butt, not over the top, answer to the loss of your alchemy table. Not everyone wants to turn Breezehome into the Playboy Mansion, and I've been through a number of "improvement" mods that are complex, buggy, and fill the first home you get in the game with a bunch of crap that may or may not work with the way you play. This works. It does not break anything. Perfect.

And you already have an alchemy station downstairs. If you moved it upstairs, what did you put in its place? I second not wanting those stations right next to my bed (even if I don't actually use the bed for sleeping).

Breezehome is a nice centrally located home that many players use for a home base. You get it early and it is a good location. With that said one issue I see with this is that no inventory satchels are added with the tables. That means that the bedroom loses 2 valuable nightstands and this mod does not replace them. In stead of adding a couple more storage spaces this will take 2 away.

You may want to update this mod and at least add the storage items that this mod removes. Good luck.

to give (hopefully) constructive feedback, i'll start with a question: why are the two stations are placed in the bedroom? i can't imagine anyone wanting a forge or an ore smelter directly beside their bed, and the same goes for objects from other professions. while i don't think it makes sense to have them in the bedroom, i would at least suggest moving them somewhere else in the room, away from the bed.

overall though, i feel that the mod is very redundant due to the abundance of other mods on the nexus that do this and more. some offer other tweaks and fixes to the house as well as the enchanting/alchemy services, and most have at least taken the time to try and make the setup aesthetic. in that regard, your mod is very lacking.
