The problem with the friendly bandits was probably causes by a mod that changed the start of the game. player belongs to the bandits faction, type in player.addtofaction 000E0CD9 -1 on the console in order to fix it.
i got the same problem to, by the way great job. and its not the temptress race, because i have another temptress character, and none of that happens. i found one problem though, i went into my saves folder all of my saves are around 15 MB, i take a look at your save and it sits at around 135 to 141 MB. and the quest to escape from helgen, doesnt show up in the completed quest log
It's maube the Temptress Race, because i got no idea why they wouldn't attack. When i went inside the cave for 'Golden Claw' those bandits attack me, im not sure if those are the same.
i dont know if this is your save game or the temptress race, but for some reason bandits and other enemies are friendly towards me and like every couple seconds i freeze, brawls dont start

btw if you want to make everybody(or some spesifc races) in skyrim have face textures eyes like tempress race check my small guide i did in save game leila
load the save in-game and type savpcface namefile in console. it will save a.npc file in skyrim folder. you 'll have to import it in the ck,and give the hair,chandge the id and name of an existing hair and hairline,assign the hairmesh you like,change the hairline to use the one you have created,say yes for creating a new id,and assing in chargendata tab to your companion.(none of my followers is on nexus atm im more advanced in magic followers btw remember ice queen?
To export facedata,you can do it in ck ctrl+f4 on obj window and make an esm. or you can use npc editor8that i suppose it's what you use).this will avoi the double hairs id for apachii sky hair,and this way you can use the hairmod you like,even not an esm
(may sound a bit complicated but it aint) for more info ask zzjay he is always willing to help if you want info about how ot make a good follower give me a PM if want and not already know
