The conflict is with UFO (Ultimate Follower Overhaul), near as I can tell. The mod won't CTD if it is placed after UFO. I'd probably recommend it be placed after any other NPC mod that changes the looks of all NPCs (Fugly, Dall's, etc.). Obviously any mod that also changes either Hadvar or Ralof, you'd have to decide between that specific mod or this. Hope this helps. - C

After loading a few (simple) mods, this being one, Skyrim was getting a CTD during loading. After enabling, disabling and changing load orders, the CTD issue was tracked to this mod, sad to say. I didn't have time to look inside the mod to find a cause ... after all, you'd think a simple NPC overhaul mod would just over-ride, not fatally conflict with something.

I'll post again if I get around to poking in the esp and find the fatal conflict. - C
