   I can't invest in shops after using this on a new character after Helgen. Is there a fix for this?
   I tried setting my level back to 1 and illusion to 1 and removed the top three Speech perks down to Investor. Then I leveled up to get three perk point to spend in Speech. But that didn't fix it.
   
   Edit. After removing unofficial Skyrim and Dawnstar patch and starting a new game, Investor perk works again.

   How do you get perks if you cheat like this? Useless levelling up and getting skills to 100 if you can't get a single perk...

    There are actually lots of mods that have batch files for download...
    No offence, but I think it's not really necessary. Nice thing though that you did this for us ">
    And you should rename Skulls to skills...
