well the video don't work and I looked up the video to this mod by someone else and seen how fake it was it has no banshee scream sound so how could you call this a banshee scream? in order for a shout to be called a banshee shout it must have the actual sound it has no scream/voice shout thumbs down.
actually the first shout i created had a batch file, and nobody could get it to work, there should be three words available. well i will try the batch file again. but up until i figure out the area effect spell for it, i wont be adding the batch file to the main file yet. and yes i made the mod alittle OP , until i finish the area effect spell, then i plan to keep the mass parallysis but size down to word one 5 seconds, word 2 10 seconds, word 3 15 seconds.
make that block of text above into a text file. Notepad....
Called it whatever you want...you will have to retype it into skyrim so made it simple.. then add it to your: C:\Program Files\The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim
Then when in game open console and type
bat name
name being what ever you saved it as!
it'll unlock the word..
although i think there is only one word available Still its bad ass in a crowd!
Everyone gets petrified and just does that awesome status rag doll to the ground! I'll make a video and send it to you soon enough! ^^
i have to learn this as well O.o need to learn how to mod... all I've done so far is use map makers... doombuilder for doom 1,2 killing floor SDK ... killing floor..

but if you use the auto-intaller that NMM
it gives it another ID code so the .bat will differ from computer to computer...
load order to load order etc.....
so usless you find a way to add it to the game via book...location etc..
people will have to manually add it and for some its hard enough...not more me! ^^ i got the first word and LOVED IT!
i rushed it i know....

... giz a second and i'll create a list which you can use for a batch command.
so it'll be like
