Edit: Why 2 esp's? Please include the fix and make it one esp, and clean it with TES5EDIT.
@ Cyndi Yes, the chest is safe for storing stuff ! Maybe I could make an "Adventure-Version" With a questline and the final reward could be the treehouse. But yet I don't have enough modding-skills to do that. I'll practice and when I have the required skills to make a quest I'll definetely make one, which is full of epicness
