This mod has so much potential. On the outside, it's lovely. walking up to the lodge is a beautiful walk, breathtaking views, love the small water falls and creaks! Then ya walk into not the main house, but the tiny "guest" lodge instead of the big house? Then you have to walk through the guest house to get to the main house. Out the back door of the tiny guest house, you find more lovely walking and a gorgeous outdoor bath with little waterfalls and a fantastic view! Then another bit of climbing more steps and walk ways to finally get to the big main house. Inside is ... ok, very rustic for a woodland type character, nice rustic fireplace ... but nowhere to cook? Got a dinning table, some foods out, plates .. just nowhere to cook. Going down stairs to the work stations, you have a lovely area to chop wood, .. a nice big smelter, a work station to sharpen your weapons, a shovel for coal ... oh and a nice big table ... But .. no smithing station, nor a station to upgrade your armor. This mod has so much potential but missing too much at this time. I felt like I was a rat going through a maze to get to the main house. Some good tweaks and some things added, and I think this could be absolutely awesome mod .. but as it is now .. I don't think so. I'm only writing this cuz I liked the idea enough, I'd love to see the modder or another fix up this adorable place someday!
I used to love having this mod through Steam, but since Steam won't download my subscribed mods anymore, I had to replace them all via Skyrim Nexus and install all of them manually. The Nexus Mod Manager sucks.
Now, it may be my computer, it may not. I wish I could use this amazing player home, but it makes the game prone to crashing when I'm near it. What I mean by this is that when I create a save anywhere near the house exterior, the game crashes. No error, nothing. Whenever I enter one of the house's cells, the game crashes the exact same way. No error, nothing.
I do not believe I have any mods that could possibly conflict with this one, since I don't have any mods that do things to the road North of Shor's Stone, but I can't have this mod anymore, and it's sad because I really do like it, experiencing from when Steam was decent enough to download my Skyrim mods.
This is a superb mod, but big issues (not bugs) are still present:
1. Not UFO compatible, so companions forget about moving in,
2. Not spouse compatible,
3. Not enough clutter.
P.S. On a personal note, the person who did the second video in the description area (I do not know if he was a yank (american or on speed), but next time slow down a bit, I could not see much of importance or valuable. You were going to fast. Also countercruel as not being answering is comments or PM's.
Agreed with vestigedesu. I had a few house mods installed at the same time as this one, and felt that this one was the best. So I grabbed -ALL- of my followers in a nice big group (thanks to Ultimate Follower Overhaul mod) to move them into this new awesome home....only to find they couldn't get in. Hell, one got stuck underneath the house!
Please, please add follower/companion support. Once you do I'll happily give this an endorsement.
sometimes when i go through doors (those involving loading screens) i end up further away from the other side of the door ie. i fall off the balcony when i leave the house. also some followers cant enter the home

Shows that the modauthor don´t care, at least about old mods of himself. A sign to don´t use such mods. If a problem occurs you´re on your own.
