Wow, this is one of the most interesting and beautiful ENB configs I have seen! Reminds me a bit of UnrealWarfare's style. Very good work, and I am excited to see what you do with the new release!
i love this but i get a green outline around clothes and things and i have a red face and i have silver hair and white eye brows , can anyone help me please , i really like this
I tried the standard config. When I first booted this up I was impressed, but I did find a few things that I think you should look at.
Firstly the glow from some light sources is a greenish colour and has alot of banding. Especially noticable around fires and lanterns, etc. I would suggest editing the [LIGHTSPRITE] section to remedy this.
Secondly eyebrows are really shiny. This is from SpecularFromLight=0.5 if I recall correctly. Set it to 0.
Thirdly you get some reflection banding, when standing near lightsources or using torches/spells, on the skin. You can remedy this by lowering SubSurfaceScatteringMultipliers to 0.
Fourth I found Dusk way too orange/pink/red for my liking, especially considering how well the rest of the config looked. The transition just looked a bit out of place for me.
Fifth you could probably tone down sun rays a little. They're a bit in your face and overly strong (though I don't know if this is your intended effect or not)
Lastly I felt nights were just too bright (though I admit I am a dark nights fanatic personally). I do think you should lower the amount of illumination a little however. Get a bit more of a difference between light and day.
What I did like was the Bokeh effect. I also thought the day colours were pretty good. I just think mostly, other than the minor issues that can be tweaked relatively easily, the nights need more work.
A great effort though and refreshingly different. I will endorse. Please take this as constructive feedback for improvement and not me putting down your work in any way at all. I took a couple of screenshots aswell if you allow user uploads of images on the file.

It gives this Skyrim a bleak and dank look which was just what I was looking for!
Edit: Forgot to ask this earlier. Is this ENB compatible with Imaginator and Climates of Tamriel? If they do will they will they remove any FX?
I've tested your ENB mostly in dungeons and it looks good! nice work!!!
*hats off* =)
