So, in answer to the obvious question "What is it?", I took it for a spin.
First, you start off inside of the Riverwood tavern, completely naked, with every person in the room attacking you. You only have 100 health (Level 81 eh?) and die within a few seconds. You also respawn in the exact same spot. Rinse & repeat.
Open up the console and hit god mode, make your way outside and everyone outside also wants you to die painfully. They ran me out of town, which afforded me a few moments to look at the inventory and skills.
Skills: combat skills are 100, armor skills are default, crafting and other skills (speech, Stealth) are at defaults. Items: Iron dagger, sword, some iron armor. I wasn't really paying that much attention to be honest. Stats: 100 Health, 100 Stamina, 50 Magic Level: 81
Quests: I didn't look at them since it was nothing more than an artificially leveled character.
The starting location on the save game is "Armory", this is not a place I'm familiar with but really I don't write a diary keeping track of the Skyrim locations. My guess is it is a mod house/location. Not having this could be causing some crazy mishaps with the save game. It loaded me, as I said, naked in the Riverwood tavern.
