    Too few dragons to justify, I propose using any filled gem to build up a charge account similar to the regular XP level up.

    i would love for this dragonstone shrine to be relocated to high hrothgar, i never use fast travel so i rarely go to visit high hrothgar.. now if i could exchange my souls to perks that would make me want to make that journey much more frequently :d

      Don't know if you will see this, as it's been a while you posted...but, thx for the idea! I've modified the mod so you now need to go all the way up to High Hrothgar to use the dragon stone. Really love the idea!

      Here's how it look: https://imgur.com/a/zkiGc

      That looks fantastic. If you're looking for any other ideas to enhance it, a sound and/or flash when using the dragon souls would make the mod perfect.

      It's basically perfect as is, just hard to tell when the souls have transferred into a skill point. :-D

      ninja3d,
      Amazing work, it would be nice to have your version available as well, for reasons that were so deftly described.
      If you would be willing to share it, ask author's permission for that, I'm sure many people will be grateful.

      If you'd like to change the price, simply open the console and type "set ishperkcost to X" sans quotes. Replace X with the number of souls you'd like the price to be.

      says the description page.

      I think they may have been asking how to set the Perk Point cost on consoles (like the XBox, PS4, Nintendo Switch. etc ...)

    Hi.
    Great mod idea but...
    Why in the World would you use RegisterforUpdate instead of singleUpdate ? :/ Even if you Unregister, this is never 100% safe.

      ;Event OnTriggerEnter(ObjectReference akActionRef)
      ;If akActionRef == game.GetPlayer()
      ;RegisterForUpdate(1)
      ;EndIF
      ;EndEvent

      ;Event OnUpdate()
      ;If game.GetPlayer().GetAngleX() <= -55
      ;SoulPerkMenu()
      ;EndIf
      ;EndEvent

      ;Event OnTriggerLeave(ObjectReference akActionRef)
      ;UnRegisterForUpdate()
      ;EndEvent

      Sorry if I seem offensive, but it's not the purpose !
      I just wanna know if there is a reason for calling the event that way. ^^

      Don't worry, you don't seem offensive, you're just wrong :p All of that code is commented out and has literally never been active in any released version of the mod.

      If you want to know why I was ever doing it that way, I can't give you a firm answer because I abandoned the idea that snippet was meant to implement even before the first release, and I'm not confident in my memory of events from five years ago. What I think happened was that that was basically just copy-pasted from a PM from Chesko, who was helping me out with it, because back in 2012 I was a wee computer science baby who had never written a script in their life. At the time, the... shall we say, idiosyncracies of Papyrus were not as well-investigated and there was no known reason to prefer RegisterForSingleUpdate().

      No worries, I was just really confused at first since at some point I actually removed the comments entirely from my local copy of the source file. I actually had to download my own file here and extract the .bsa to even find what you were talking about XD

      Regardless, it's weirdly nice to take a walk down memory lane, as it were, and try to remember what I was doing five years ago .
