Oh man, I can totally see the mod Survive the Night making this one a bit more horrifying! Torches burning out, spectral critters hunting you down in conjunction with the spiders...
Now if you could just add in the disembodied voices like the ones in some of the Morrowind dungeons, that would be cool!
Looking at this reminds me of the Labyrinthian from Arena... Unlike what we got in Skyrim, -that- was a real maze. Wish someone would try re-creating that one some day...

Holy smokes, very tough! I had to escape and come back loaded with a bazillion wooden plates and bowls to mark the paths (actually, to mark where not to go). Really got turned around a few times, especially with the one-way wall, and multiple doors on some levels. Challenging, but very enjoyable. Use your Aura-Whisper shout! Endorsed!

But the Spiders are to easy maybe you add some more monsters and more heavy traps and the tresure at the end is a little bit to much
