    I use BSAopt to extract the files from the .bsa files found in the data folder. the meshes (.nif) can be opened with Nifskope

    And, please, how did you exported new meshes? Which 3D sofware you used?
    I'm going crazy about nif exporter tools because it have sooooooo many troubles exporting as static meshes!

    Please tell us how you did it because I've made a custom castle and I cannot use it

    no, they're meshes. Since I had to remap the UV mapping for some textures, every windmill is different. The textures are in the vanilla game
