Yes it does I use it for SE and the Anniversary addition. down load the file manually into you down load file location and do a install file from Vortex You will find it right across the river where it always is. I use it with every build.
I adore this mod. Keep in mind however that if you use non-vanilla player homes for your family, there will be a problem with the horses. As soon as I set my family's home, every horse available teleported outside. There was too much room for them, so they kept falling from the sky and making the most horrible crunching noises. >_>;;;
I just downloaded this today and was spending some quiet time grabbing a bunch of horses for my herd. Suddenly I was attacked by a dragon! The horses helped a lot in attacking the dragon, but they scattered when it initially appeared. Will they respawn when I close the game and go back in?
I love this mod! I am all about having unique horses in Skyrim, and tend to name every one I own. Thanks so much for this! <3
I have an issue, however. I'm using Immersive Horses and the horses in this mod are not recognized as player-owned, but as temporarily-owned horses. I have Posh Ponies immediately before Immersive Horses in my mod list/load order. I tried setownership, but it doesn't seem to change anything.
Is there any way I can edit them myself in the CK to be strictly player-owned, or am I missing something as far as compatibility between the two mods goes?
I always had the same issue with Convenient Horses as well.
I have 2 questions: 1 - is this mod compatible with convenient horses? and 2 - In Red Dead Redemption there's the Kentucky Saddler. I really like the color on that horse; does this mod add a color like that?
Yes, I use this mod and Convenient horses with no issue. Now to be fair I have never tried any of the already saddled horses. But the bareback ones work 100% of the time for me. I googled the Kentucky Saddler horse you mentioned and it seem to come in a ton of colors. The horses are right by Riverwood the first little town you come to. It is worth loading up the mod and looking to see if you like the colors. If not you can uninstall with no problem. Hope this helps!
Update - It's the same no matter what horse I ride. I have a few mod horses like Domino and if I grab him to ride him I can no longer ride Shadowmere, Frost, or any of the Posh Ponies I had ridden previously. A fresh install of the entire game and mods didn't fix this either.
I love this mod and wish someone would take it over to keep it updated. It works with convenient horses and you can change the saddles and gear. With dragon cart you can put armor on them. They stay where you put them so you can leave some at all your new homes. Its too cool a mod to be left alone and not updated. So far it still works for me.
