Do the end of the Mine lead to anywhere but the giant lake-in-the-cave? I spent hours running around with nothing. Not that I'm complaining, this mod is AWESOME - all it needs is HearthFires support and its set.
Don't give up on the black reach tunnel, also, maybe you could add like a button somewhere that opens a hidden spiral staircase downwards to like a dungeon, or a portal room to every hold capital, or a secret vault. Or something along those lines.
Apparently the fixes that the USKP and USLEEP add to the Temple of Kynareth windows in Whiterun also convert the windows in this mod to opaque windows. There is a patch for this elsewhere on Nexus if you search for it.
I am enjoying this little house so far, The no load feature is a huge problem solver. I have not seen any lag areas either, though my system is powerful. One thing I would have liked to see is better lighting at night, it gets a bit dark even with vanilla lighting, but it is not intolerable. It is amazing that a mod like this can be so lush and yet so lag-free compared to other well-equipped houses.
Hi! I love this house, it's very nice. There is a problem however, you changed the keyword for Alchemy Training to Smithing. Perhaps not on purpose, but all my alchemy trainers now say they are smithing trainers. They still train properly in Alchemy, but the dialog to start training needs to be corrected, and cleaned in Tes5Edit or the CK.

edit: port was successful other than the auto storage options. everything else works fine though.
