Wouldn't simply be possible to just split the files up into two separate weapons mods? You know, one for the sword and the other for the silver bow and arrows? Even going as far to say that you could put two optional selections in the silver weapon files for the dark and light textures? You know, make it a bit easier so people can access this mod without accidentally messing things up meddling in the mod's files.
Hey there, sorry it's taken me a while to comment, I've been somewhat busy lately. You have done a pretty decent job with this, I think my favourite bit is the quiver texture.
Does this mod changes sell price of silver swords or is that some other mode which made silver swords in my game to be 8k ... I got go over every installed mode to find out.
It is impossible for this mod to conflict with anything at all, since the textures are not replacers, and are assigned in the ck. The thing you can do if you are having a missing exture issue, is either lower the esp, or make very sure you isntalled all files. Especially with this mod, as it is not a regular installation.
Wow, okay, I am downloading and endorsing this ASAP. FP, I really like how you put thought into how things would ACTUALLY work, instead of "hey this would look cool" (but be irrational). It bothers me so much when people make weapons/armor that way. Especially armor. Thank you for making a wonderful, lore friendly mod that adds to the game in a great way!
I am also gonna say an armor set would be fantastic. Especially from someone who approaches it like you do! I have a female character, and I find that there is a disappointing lack of female armor that a) looks good, and b) would actually function as armor. Please make a silver armor set! You could definitely do a silver inlay or alloy! Or something with silver accents.
Hey, great idea for a mod and wanted it for a change of weaponry since I decided to main bow and arrow. Ran into an issue though where they just showed up a pastel purple color. I have a few weapon and armor related mods and not sure what may have clashed with it. I'll check it out and repost if I find out what. Thank you though! ^_^
@FakePersonality True, lol, but for an enchanted light armor, stats would surely be better than plain cloth. This would be for a bow wielder, so it would not have to absorb many sword blows. (Hopefully)
