"This user has not downloaded your file yet" why to troll? and there is nothing in this mod to make your game crash, the only thing this can conflict with is another mod that place a house at the same spot. So if you did install it then its something on your end causing this.. not my mod.
her light and heavy armor stats are way to low i gave her a set of daedric armor total armor rating 1010 *my own armor* and she had a total of 443 armor rating that is way too low so i guess giving it a armor skill of 69 should do the trick hm wasn't a fan of the low hp considering it is a mage type follower hm should be about 900 eh the magic wasnt a fan of that 1 either should be 500 hm the magic spell's remove the baisc flames and add the flaming skull spell just a suggestion eh the ward could be replaced with the heal spell that does the 50hp healing
Was not to sure about Lian in the beginning but the first battle changed all that.

One thing though. When I exited her house I appeared underneath the balcony and had to fastmove to escape. I tried it a few times and it happened each time. Not important for me as unlikely I will return there but you might want to check it out.

I walked through her house but I can't find her, she's nowhere, just... can someone tell me where she likes to poke around? I want her to follow me but I can't if she's nowhere.

her house is near Riverwood, across the river next to the mountain, you will see a bridge leading to it right before riverwood.
