Not sure you still check comments, but you might want to change the name and remove the SoS bit. More.... innocent players might think of Sounds of Skyrim, less innocent ones get Schlongs of Skyrim, but either way you get a pretty big mod that uses the same initials.
Tried this, doesn't seem to work for me. The summoned weapons simply act as a weapon with no skill improvement happening.
Edit: I misunderstood the mod. Instead of improving the skill from, let's say, 40 to 41 upon on hit, each hit slightly improves the skill. Some, such as Enchanting will be improved very fast. Others, such as smithing, not so fast.

Also, these swords are incompatible with Mystic Binding. That perk makes these spells not work.
