I made a condition that makes it to where you are sneaking you don't benefit from the fortify one handed, but you do while standing up, here it is for anyone who wants it https://mega.nz/#!0hNQxDKb!i56DvqZSS_KhuWFq2Nskq3oQF3SlQ36X-Dt9Z_sziBw Either way you will probably one shot stuff anyways, dagger sneak perk =15x damage+ dark brotherhood gloves(doubles sneak damage with one handed weapons making it 30x + the benefit of onehanded enchants + weapon enchants makes for a very powerful dagger, my Dragonbone tanto does 77 damage (legendary), with one handed enchants on all my stuff but the ring (5 pieces) i do 200 base damage, if you multiply that by 30 that you get 6000 damage, (77*30 is 2310) either way it is still op, and i can easily add an extra 300+ damage with enchants. If there is an issue with the link or if the mod author wants me to remove it please message me, the mod author can include this if he wants, no credit needed.
Wintermyst introduces something from the unofficial patch (Reason why I don't use it or like mods supporting it) That causes the damage to bug out. The reason this happens is because they have introduced their own way of having daggers benefit from fortify one-handed. The way it is done is worse than this mod (It effects ALL Skill modifiers), and you benefit from one-handed while sneaking (Which makes it cheaty, I might make a plugin for this later to fix it and get rid of this one.) Anyways for the way to fix it, open wintermyst in TESV Edit, go to perk, go to the perk called "Skill Modifiers", search for HasKeyword Dagger or something and remove it. It is the only thing that says dagger so just look for that.
This was fixed in the Unofficial Skyrim Patch, making this mod mostly obsolete.
It would be nice to mention it in the description, as this mod would only be used by those who do not want USKP.
If users still experience this issue with USKP, they should first check their load order for things that overwrite USKP's files and then apply appropriate compatibility patches.
Thing is i don't know if it works... my daggers still got their normal damage value. I tried close/open inventory and to unequip/equip them but it won't update... You sure this mod is compatible with dawnguard and hearthfire?
