This place is just across the lake from Ivarstead, in sight of the watchtower. One of the first house mods I ever tried for Skyrim, and still one of ny all-time favorites. Wonderful location, just invites exploration of the Rift (and a semi-aquatic lifestyle.) Be awesome to have a boat mod to use with it.
Even Though it hasn´t been updated in over half a year, I still enjoy this detail-rich and beautiful mod. Sure, there are bigger, more astounding and more breathtaking player-homes: But this is to me, the perfect start-up into the epic adventure that Skyrim is. Thank You!

It is located East of Ivarstead, on the east end of the lake.
One problem is some objects are not actionable. The chair doesn't seem to be usable. Some books can't be targetted.
Really nice though! Deserves way more downloads and endorsements.

i wish there was a screenshot of the in game map with a mark.
also - is there a marker on the in-game map so one can teleport to the house easily?
never mind. i had to do some research but i found that the house is marked on the map as a windmill and located on a tiny island in the rift.
this info should have been in the description page though.
