Install guide -

Extract both folders and the ESP into:
Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data

Uninstall:
Remove the following

skyrim\Data\textures\weapons\diamondsword
skyrim\Data\meshes\weapons\diamondsword
skyrim\Data\diamondsword.esp
