    so I figured out why the divine/paladin armor looks like the regular ebony on female characters. it is the USLEEP. (unofficial skyrim legendary edition patch). deactivated the patch, the armor on lydia was white. turned it back on, it looked like ebony.

    I have encountered an issue. when my character equips the helm, his head disappears!

    ok it wasn't your mod causing the head to vanish. it was conflicting with the improved closed-faced helms.

    I also am getting the plain ebony armor when I put it on my female companion.

    For some reason the game will not let me enchant the paladin sword.

    I see others have had this problem as well; the gauntlets and boots show up fine, but the female cuirass is plain ebony. I have the fully updated version of the game and the mod, the .esp is checked, and last in the load order. What can I do?

      Thank you for your interest! If you can't figure out what's happening, you could always upload a replacer version of THIS version of the mod. Just a suggestion.

      i checked the mod (v1.65) and everything is working fine, i checked the archive and its not corrupt, the folder structures are all correct, its where they should be, i pasted and activated the mod and tested it in-game and it works just fine, tested both male and FEMALE armors and the textures show up correctly, i don't know what happen on yours really, i have no idea, some 8000 people already downloaded this particular version and they seem to be using it just fine, i don't know maybe its some kind of incompatibility with one of your mods although i don't know of any kind of mod that can conflict with textures of this mod, out of 13000 people who downloaded this mod, i've heard this bug 3 times, so i guess it just happens to some people, have you tried another version though? the older ones?

      i'll try getting someone with a fresh mod free game to test it, maybe i'll find the answers or fix or even see the bug that way

      im experiencing the same issue too. My jenassa's heavy cuirass is with ebony texture. The other armour mod that i have installed is the male cleric armour. (if you wonder why i give her heavy armour, that's bcuz i edited her combat style to warrior)

    I like these sets a lot. Some probably feel like the helmet is too small, but I totally understand why the creator went with the steel plate model. These look good with the Divine Aegis cloak, too. I feel like the magic versions of these sets are probably a little more balanced than the Divine Aegis or Wrath magic sets (which are disturbingly overpowered ), and the super rare component to craft them is definitely a step in the right direction for "epic" paladin armors.

    Yes ofc i downloaded the latest version,seems that the textures get mixed with the ebony armor textures somehow,cant make it work,thx for reply

      make sure your game is updated (v1.8 ), make sure you installed the mod properly, make sure the ESP is activated, if it still doesn't work then i don't know, maybe there's few settings you need to tweak in your skyrim.ini or something

      I get the same exact problem; the female version of the armor is using the textures for ebony armor. The male version looks fine. I'm using the latest version of both the mod and the game.

    Like the armor and the way it looks. Is there any possibility of getting a female version that has a chest plate more like the male version? The breast impressions are kind of weird to look at, much like the steel plate armor in default skyrim.

    Sorry guys im having a small problem,the boots and gauntlets appear fine on my character(female) but the cuirass appears as the ebony armor,if anyone knows something pls help

      are you sure you downloaded and installed the latest version of the mod? (v1.65) because female version wasn't available until v1.3 as you can see in the mod description under "change log"

    I just installed this after having set it aside for a while as something to come back to. I love the look of the armor! The enchantments of the divine set are a bit powerful, but I like how they work (especially the Paladin Mail). Nice work on this set!

    Aye, I did use nifscope and reroute the mesh to call up the textures from the new folder setup. Didn't help. On a lighter note though, Nexus just let me endorse after two days after download v.v
