Yes but you can view Millenia's work throughout the Nexus, for FO3, FONV, Skyrim, FO4, he has amazing work and I'm happy for this much of course I wish there was more. Perhaps if we ask nicely enough Millenia would consider finishing it or updating it properly for SSE.
His work in FO3 and FONV are absolutely ESSENTIAL and his original weapons are beautifully built from scratch textures.
If you ever want to view the process, click on Millenia's name and go to each game. He has a video of what he does building meshes and scratch textures for a custom shotgun for FONV, really quite amazing work and awesome to see it in-game too!
Yeah Millenia does great work, I can remember when I first played Red Dead 2 I looked at the cattleman revolver and thought "Man, that looks almost as good as Millenia's .357 from New Vegas" immediately after thinking that the very concept of it floored me.
However, I'm dropping in from the future to say that Cabal120's AmidianBorn Book of Silence covers nearly all the vanilla weapons at an equally professional level, so that if someone ends up here without seeing that they can now go look at it. I personally recommend using Millenia's steel sword and greatsword rather than Cabal's work, as it's more in line with the original style and looks more like steel imho.
Does anyone know how to adjust this mod's place in the load order? The plugin won't appear in the plugin list on NMM for me and it seems to have overridden some of the textures from perfect legionnaire.
if you're using NMM, just uninstall and immediately reinstall perfect legionnaire. Then it should give you an option to overwrite the textures from WRP with just one click.
He is a professional texture artist (and modeller I believe) and also works on a lot of independent projects, you dont get much better quality than what he releases.
Also a really awesome bloke that helped me a lot in understanding different texture maps in FO4.

Edit : It works well. The result is not exactly the same as Oldrim, but I can see some major improvement.
