Hmmm, strange. The ring doesn't show up in the crafting menu when you access the forge?

The ring is set to appear in the crafting menu, as nagarian78 implemented. I simply changed the graphical properties of the slow time effects on the ring so it should still be showing up in crafting menu at the forge

Lots of progress is being made in that area. Can't wait to see how things are a year from now

There should be little, to no difference in performance when using this mod.

I'm using a computer than can run Skyrim reasonably and haven't had any problems in the past 4 or 5 days of using the mod in combination with Phendrix's Magic and the Apocolypse Spell Pack. The distortion effect is used by the Slow Time shout. I haven't changed the gameplay mechanics behind the Slow Time/Time Stop rings. If anything they're less intensive than the Slow Time shout, and more intensive than the rings without any effects applied to them.

Again though, there shouldn't be any real performance-intensive attributes tied to the rings.
