According to your permissions given in the description I would like to inform you, that I included your sword in my mod "Somewhat Historically Accurate Weapons and Norse Viking Gear" for Skyrim Special Edition. Look here:
I don't know why but I am having the same trouble as some others. I can't upgrade it. I always keep a look out for Norse (Viking) weapons. I have two other Norse swords I use that are terrific, but I like to add more when I find them. This would have fit right in. But until we figure out what the problem is I wont be adding this one to my list of permanent mods. But you did a great job on the design and artistry.
Really nice Sword. Looks very realistic! I will upload a screenshot in a couple of hours. I love the damast-pattern on the blade! How could such a nice texture myself? (Do you done it from scratch, or do had textures that you edit?)

The pattern welded texture part is from a freebie online texture. I've used it too. It's awesome. In fact, there are I think 3 of them that are all similar. They have row after row of various patterns, so they are great for cutting out strips of each to use.
same as elves1066, i can't seem to better it on the grindstone. it's not on the list. really like the sword tho! i do like the more authentic looking things weapons in the game.
I saw in the CK that you surely didn't add it to the leveled lists in any way man?! And you did the temper recipe wrong....! But if you wont I can fix that for you...
i relay like your mods finely there are some good realistic looking weapon and armor mods starting to show up i'am a real history buff and weapon enthusiast. thing that i have always missed in skyrim is a long dane axe do you think you could make one
