Hi everyone. Please let me know if you have any suggestions for further variations of Ulfric. Also, please report any problems that you may have, and I'll do my best to help/accommodate you.
He looks way too young to be Thorin... Oh! you mean the movie Thorin, i dont know why Jackson transformed him from old and wise leader of the dwarfs to a young prince.
I don't know if any of the other variations have this issue, but the dark hair w/ no face paint has purple dots across his forehead. Everything else is normal. I was having a gray face issue but I fixed it in CK.
No worry, LordIluvatar. I can definitely see it as something that I will enjoy for a while.

See what I mean? It is not that hard to give constructive regard and is certainly a lot more productive than plainly bad-wording his work. And above all, it doesn't hurt anyone.
If you really want to know what I meant by 'blatant insulting', the comments "The vanilla is not a wimp this guy is" and "Ironically, your insulting description of vanilla Ulfric fits more the one you made" are what I am referring to. Not only that, but they are not helpful in any way. A "mature" approach would be to give him something to work with, rather than leaving him guessing what it is he could possibly improve on. I may have went ahead and overstated myself - I admit I was having a tough day, and I apologize for that - but my point remains. You could have critiqued his mod without being offensive, but for some reason, you decided not to.
And I did not howsoever mean to imply that you are attacking the modder himself. If it seemed that way, pardon my English skills, as I'm still learning the language. I meant that you are not respecting his work with proper reception.
With my points cleared, I no longer wish to prolong this discussion, as it is highly impolite of us to occupy the comments section for ourselves, bordering on irrelevancy. If you still want to say something to me, send it as a private message.
Lastly, thank you for the constructive criticism. I as a user, appreciate just as much as the modder does.
Thanks for the feedback. It's much better to get some constructive criticism than have people simply say "It sucks" and not tell me why. Thank you. I'll take a look at the bugs and consider your comments when I do the next iteration.
@ Vondure Could you be more specific about my so called blant insulting? All I did was expressing my opinion on his mod. You on the other hand were passive aggressive in your statement, subtly stating that because I don't like the mod I automatically disrespect his work, that I'm attacking the modder (eventhough I didn't say a word about himself) and that since you told us to be mature, it must be that I'm an immature person then. In my book you're more insulting than any of the other posters here, and just because you're politically correct with it doesn't make it any more valid.
@LordIluvatar You describe Ulfric as a man who has lived trough many dangers and difficult situations. I think that your version of Ulfric, apart from the scar, has a too smooth face. Consider giving him the wrinkled details of a man who endured a harsh life. His eyebrows are bushy which is ok but they appear to sit a bit too high on his forehead and are angled which takes some masculinity away. Vanilla eyebrows are straight and low which lie as a solid unmovable bar. Maybe it's just the lighting in the screenshots but he does appear bloated to me, lacking defining characteristics on his face. A bit more of an angular face might let him appear more "grounded" and "relentless". I do think that you gave him a very fitting nose, better than vanilla. I was wrong about the black hair, vanilla Lydia herself has very dark, if not black hair. Him being more unique this way is certainly true but I still think that a bit lighter color would make him more beliveable as a native "true" nord. Other issue with the black hair is that it's a bit problematic with the way Skyrim engine displays beards. It looks almost a bit glued on, but could be also just the screenshots here. I think that vanilla Ulfric has a bit of a dark color on his lower cheeks giving him more of the "not strictly shaven" look one would expect from a blunt and straightforward guy like he is. I like the fact that you gave him a hairstyle without those silly braids in it. How much time vanilla Ulfric must have spent infront of the mirror till he got them so pretty.
All in all your Ulfric makes a somewhat sad look too me (which also true of vanilla to some extent). My first impression was that he looks more like a fisherman than a leader who is determined to relentlessly go after his goals.
Correct me if I'm wrong but are you sure there is no bug with the color of his face? It doesn't seem to match the color of his hands in the screens. Not as bad as the "gray face" bug but still noticeable for me.
Good job, downloaded and will endorse when I can. "I fight for the men I've held in my arms, dying on foreign soil. I fight for their wives and children whose names I heard whispered in their last breaths. I fight for we few who did come home, only to find our country full of strangers wearing familiar faces. I fight for my people, impoverished to pay the debts of an empire too weak to rule them. Yet brands them criminals for wanting to rule themselves. I fight so that all the fighting I've already done hasn't been for nothing." -Ulfric Stormcloak
