Since I liked the Caverns very much and Cynster gave permission here to edit and reupload a new version - I did it! So now the "Caethspell Caverns Overhaul" is available, too. You may have a look yourself ...
I send a message to Cynster but want to say that I am really grateful for the generous permission to take over her work (with due credits)! There are so many house mods out there which only needed a bit of a makeover but are abandoned without a word of the author. (The point that irritates me the most with some of them, the unfinished navmeshes, was perfect here :-))
Okay... mixed success. I am adding a new version of the file, but for the life of me I cannot get bookshelves to activate in this house. I have tried three times with no success, where in my other player home mods it worked just fine. I am going to walk away from this now and come back later with a clear head.
I am releasing some updates including some new pictures * Added more foliage * Added a working mannequin * Added benches and chairs * Added more decor * Added more variety to the grass * Fixed the chests that were not activating. * Fixed a gap in the wall.
Very odd. I will release a patch tonight. Thanks again for bringing it to my attention. I had some very strange problems where the mod jumped in size to like 7,250KB in size and I had to basically copy it into a new esp to get the size back down to around 150KB - that might have caused these weird bugs. I will let you know as soon as I fix these. Please let me know if you find anything else.
EDIT: Will release this morning - I found a baby bird on the sidewalk last night and had to go buy a box/yarn for it so it wouldn't freeze overnight and read up on what to do in this situation. Right now it's hanging out with me staying warm and I can't really mod with a bird on me. lol so I am wasting time with my laptop until I can return it. Going to try to find its nest this morning and return it to its family - otherwise I have to call animal control so they can take care of it.

Is it possible to make the dinner table respawn, similar to how the food in Jorrvaskr/Companion Hall respawns?
I know it wouldn't be terribly realistic, but it would help with the "Oh no don't touch the decor!" feeling. :/
