I know this is a bit late. This mod doesn't apply modify silver swords to that extent. In the CK, a Steel Sword has a Steel tag, which is link to the Steel Smithing perk. He didn't add or change any of the tags on the Silver swords, so while it can be crafted under steel, it doesn't benefit from the tempering bonus provided by the perk.
first of all thank you for your time and effort for this lovely add to game, but i came across a problem which i cant temper the sword properly seems its tempering level is just 2 step behind than what it should be (i can make a Epic steelsword but just Exquisite on silversword) any idea why ?
