So you may live one thousand years, AbdullahG. I used nexus mod manager to install these mods, so of course that it didn't copy the shaderinput folder and myself being retarded, didn't noticed that. Thank you so very much, now all Skyrim is Parallaxed.
Can somebody help me, because none of the parallax modes are working. I am using ENB 0.119 and tried all the tweaks of SkyrimPrefs from these comments and nothing made it work. I can't play the game without parallax, it just looks so good.

Honestly it comes down to your own preference, I myself stick with vanilla simply because I like the art style and I get better performance of course.
The shaderinput folder has outdated parallax shader values. Delete the shaderinput and go to this link and download ENB v121212.

Did you move the shaderinput folder to the Skyrim main directory (where Skyrim.exe is)?
