Please follow these instructions to get the new mods working:
For Music:
Copy or Extract the music folder to Skyrim/Data/ Folder - It will automatically load these changes when you start the game.
For Overburdened Mod:
Copy or Extract the file to Skyrim/Data/ Folder - Select 'Data Files' from the launcher and make sure Overburdened is check marked.
Enjoy and check back for updates to these files.
