This mod is an absolute god for anyone who uses shouts. This is my favourite mod so far along with ordinator. The first two mods i installed, this mod makes shouts very very useful especially if you are playing a shout based build this is an essential. Download this mod if you love using shouts like me. A perfectly balanced mod as well successful at making shouts not overpowered. Well the author of this mod has really big brain for making shout power progress with your level making shouts useful at any level. I mean like i have encountered many shout mod but this one is the only one i require as all others just isn't as useful as this one. A salute from me mr madcat221.
Probably really late answer but yes, it works. It actually synergizes really well given how Ordinator lets you spec on shout strength and cooldowns if you level up speech. This combination lets you make a build around shouts that actually works
for some reason my spellbreaker wards and spell wards always get broken by draugr unrelenting force shouts. thought this mod only affects the player and doesn't affect enemies shouts.
Late reply, but for anyone else having this issue, the mod page clearly states it had to modify draugr records to keep them from using the buffed shouts. If you happen to have a mod that overwrites the same records, they won't carry over the change to them from this mod, meaning the affected draugr will use the buffed shouts.
I'm sorry, I need to make a correction to my previous post.
I decided to look at the mod's esp to make a compatibility patch. Turns out, most shouts for draugr are NOT replaced. They only get a new disarm and frost breath shout, that's it. Thus, most of their shouts get the same buffs as the player's shouts, such as the ward-breaker feature. My mistake, I really should look into how mods work before I post. Sorry for any misinformation I may have inadvertently spread.
Again, the only draugr shouts changed are disarm and frostbreath. All other shouts are the same as the player's.
No offense, but there really should be a version that doesn't give you free shout cooldown reduction. A lot of mods add this feature, such as perk overhauls. Even the unofficial patch adds some more shout cooldown reduction (in the form of Morokei, which had the wrong enchantment applied to it in vanilla)! With just the unofficial patch, for instance, you can achieve up to an 80% reduction in shout coolodown (amulet of talos+blessing of talos+morokei+dragon aspect). Obviously, that stacking with the cooldown reduction of this mod would truly be op. I mean, even without dragon aspect you can easily be walking around with 60% reduction with USLEEP installed! And that mod isn't even technically an overhaul mod. You may be able to get even more from a perk overhaul like ordinator or vokrii. There really should be a patch to remove that feature, for mods that already add more ways to reduce your shout cooldown, which are quite commonly and widely used too! I mean, really, who mods this game but doesn't use the unofficial patch?
I've never done such a thing before. I have no idea what might happen if I remove an 'ability' that is automatically applied to your character. It could cause a crash due to missing data for all I know.

EDIT: NEVERMIND! I needed at least 5 dragon souls for the spell to appear. Sorry for not reading the entire description
Question: is there any bad effects / bugs that would happen if the Draugrs used the Modified/Improved shouts against the pc?
Thanks cat :)
This mod is just too good to not have in sse
