   Doesn't work for me. The staff doesn't conjure anything but still makes the game lag.

   Awsome! Endorsed. Makes my game really laggy when I summon them though... which is weird, I can have a hundred enemies on screen and not get as much lag.

   for english no-japanese speaker , the stick is inside the faendal house in riverwood , just lockpick the door and see in left !! ^^ you should see the purple stick with yellow moon !^^
