hi to all I write for a simple motive because after the time that one loses to do as you tell the end no nothing happens to the time the fact to turn the room to rotate to 360 degrees for me it is impossible I have you have a code to insert him/it in the console of the game because so no it is all right from the now you make the mods do you her correct without stae they to tribulare to make to go the excused things is me 3 days that I am also trying there for toglere the fuscamento no he succeeds the result and always as before quidi fairies a practical mod to manage please thanks
Works like a charm. Now Skyrim feels new again without a default map view. I never noticed how Morthal slanted over Solitude. Installing was easy -added map menu and lines to the ini file -dropped the esp in the data folder.
I play Skyrim SE, have for over a year. Been modding since late last fall.
I'm in the middle of making my next build and got to this mod and went to find if there had been an upgrade. To my surprise I couldn't find it on the SE nod site. Found when I came here looking for it. I completely forgot it was an Oldrim mod. I can't remember why I had loaded it, I don't think I would have without some indication, being new to modding on my last build, so I Must have read somewhere, by someone that it was OK to use in SE. As far as I know it worked as described with no issues.
Do you have knowledge that it does cause problems, or that I ought not use this mod in SE, because as I said, I know of no problems (but also remember I was fairly new to mod use when I first loaded it and ran with it).
To those of you that are using Mod Organizer and can't seem to get this mod to work properly, you need to edit your Skyrim.ini file from within Mod Organizer. Open up Mod Organizer and click the button at the top that looks like a jigsaw puzzle, then click 'INI Editor.' You'll get a box with two tabs, one for Skyrim.ini and one for SkyrimPrefs.ini. Add these lines to the end of Skyrim.ini and hit save:
It took me a while to figure this out, but the mod now works flawlessly for me. I would assume it's because Mod Organizer keeps a separate copy of Skyrim.ini so you can safely make changes without messing with your vanilla Skyrim install. Any changes you make to the copy of Skyrim.ini found in Documents\My Games\Skyrim are probably superseded by Mod Organizer. Anyways, hopes this helps some of you.
At the moment I will not use the esp Due to esp limit. So I wonder what kind of tweaks I should keep to be able to get the most out of this? I guess pitch and yawrange is needed but Im not sure about what other tweak I should keep?
Ok first of all thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to make this Mod! Mechanically the mod seems to do everything you said it would, but I am having a serious problem when I zoom in on the map. there it is really blurry and you cannot distinguish any particular landmarks. I have a map mod installed that is supposed to be high def but I definitely need some help here. I have no idea what to do next since the ini file has been added to per your instructions. I would appreciate any help or advice that anyone could give to help me solve this problem ASAP!!!!
t's a shame that fMapWorldInitialPitch, fMapWorldMaxHeight, and fMapWorldMinHeight are hard coded as of the 1.8 skyrim update. I would love to be able to take advantage of the border removal while keeping A Quality World Map and Solstheim Map - With Roads unfortunately with this mod installed you lose the ability to see the roads.Thankfuly the other ini file tweaks such as the full 360 paning provided you stay within the bounds work just fine. edit I see to be mistaken the ini tweaks alone were what was messing my the roads I had to remove the lod tweaks.
trekeyus I know that this response is old, but I wanted to say thanks for replying to this user with a fix that worked for me. Removed: uLockedTerrainLOD=8

+ For those who has problems with rotation limit, use mod called SkyTweak, go to INI tab and edit the Yaw and Pitch range to 360.
+ I use it with: A quality world map (includes 2 add-ons) and High quality 3D map and every thing is just perfect.
The mod author accidentally flipped the world map around and this mod allows it to be flipped back.
