I used to have this mod a while back, but when I got a new computer I lost my NMM files. I remember some of what you do to transform, but I forget. I tried watching the video but it said it was private. Any chance you can help? Thanks! And BTW, Awesome mod!

Main reason this mod isn't getting any support anymore is because there have been, not one, but TWO separate version, that have been reworked and redone. The newest version of the mod can be found over here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25261/?
And before you all ask "Why wasn't THIS page updated?", it's probably because the mod had to be completely reworked in order to meet demand, compatibility with the Dragonborn DLC and remove as many bugs as possible. Better to start with a sequel (or two) in that regard.
