The author wanted to make money off this mod but since he can't with paid mods being rejected he decided to throw a hissy fit and quit working on the mod.
Above rhetoric is strawmanning only. Entitled downloaders firing a hissy fit that modders are people to and have to support themselfes and move onto other things if they cant financially support themselfes. You above are indeeed acting like babys.
Yeah eventually they did bring paid mods into Skyrim but it was because of people like JamestheFreak and Nutso that I said screw it I'm not wasting my time on this anymore. But my wife is out of the country now so I can do what I want without hearing her nag that I'm wasting my time so.. Hurrah for Starfield mods. Now we get to fix some of the crappy things with Starfield.
But yes. I'm in my 40's work full time, my wife hates games and I have to listen to her nag if I spend time making mods. The only thing that would shut her up is if I could make a bit of money doing it. If people don't appreciate that then you get dead mods. Or no mods that you otherwise could have gotten.

Well I know some people have ported my mod to the creation club but I'm back in and modding. Sadly i won't be working on this anymore but I am creating mods for Starfield at the moment. More game changing mods that change the way you play. PsiSoldier's Physical Rebirth and PsiSoldier's Science Reborn Soon we will have PsiSoldier's Martial Arts Madness. Right now I'm just focusing on fixing weak parts and things that were not fun in Starfield. But For Necromancy we will probably have to wait for the next ElderScrolls game, who knows though It appears that all the magic skills are actually still in Starfield as we have stats for them in the Creation Kit... I just haven't messed with trying to bring Magic into Starfield maybe in the future...
I'm not a model artist and only have rudimentary experience with Blender so if it ever happens in Starfield I'd need a team. Hell at this point my brain is melting trying to remember how to get scripting to work in Starfield which is funny since I spent like 2,000 hours working on it in Skyrim.
So, I'm playing a port of this on the Xbox 1 for SSE, and Vampiric Celerity will not turn off. In my active effects, I have [Vampiric Celerity (Off)] for 59940 hours? wth do I do? I'm moving way to fast to play the game normally. Saving and reloading doesn't work. Resetting the perk tree doesn't work. Uninstalling the mod doesn't work. Re-installing the mod doesn't work. It's not like I can use the player.forceav speedmult command.
First and so, so stupid, overpowered thing. I can reanimate dead body infinte times. It didn't turn to ashes. When they die, I just cast reanimate zombie and story goes again. It Iooks like I have immortal followes, which cannot be killed. Another overpovered mod which only want to make effect, but it is useless and breaking challenging gameplay. I kicked it out from my list.
dude, you can summon skeletons, draugrs, etc etc so why is it overpower if the reanimated don't turn into ash? if the reanimated turns into ash you can summon skeletons, etc directly. some people are really weird.
Oh man, such a pity that this never got finished. One thing seems strange though. The author's last activity is reported to have been nearly 2 years ago but I'm fairly certain I remember a post of his when the whole paid mods fiasco took place basically getting butt-hurt over the fact that people weren't going to pay him to resume work on this mod.

I'm sadden by this revaluation because i cant open my conjouration skill tree anymore and i was sad because i really wanted to try out your mod
