I tested it with TES5Edit 3.0.32 and it says 2 ITM records. Should I clean it?

Hmmm... I cannot confirm your finding. I downloaded and cleaned it with TES5Edit 3.1.2 today 12/10/2015 and it showed 11 processed records, zero ITM's and zero UDR's. So it's perfectly clean.

Thanks for this! I had stopped enchanting because it was so frustrating! Well done!

This one works fine for me!

Then you should check out my guide as well which shows how to efficiently maximize enchanting, alchemy and smithing.

      =)

Since I use the Resto-Chug exploit explained here I'm finding 10 minute to actually be a tad too long now, (such as when my Fortify Enchating is at 20,000%), so I may eventually add a spell/potion that stops all potion effects, too.

"Spriggan sap yields 10 minutes for both enchanting and smithing. It's rare so it seemed appropriate. "
Good idea and no more pain in the ass enchanting, I can now take as long as I like.

IS it possible to make the duration be affected by your alchemy skill and perks? I was going to try modding the game myself to get this effect but i could not find a way to do it. if you could make that possible i would happily download and endorse.

Honestly I think its a flaw in the search engine...Searching the keyword "potion" yields too many results, so unless you stumble upon the right combination, you'll never find it. there are three other similar mods on here and you cant find them either unless you know exactly what they are called... they all have low dls too as a result.
