Markers now adjust automatically depending on the ownership status of the home and the player's status with the Thieve Guild.
Changed the location of some markers for greater discretion or to be more visible to discrete observation.
Added a few marks to some of the buildings within the major cities that were missing marks for no apparent reason, as well as to some secondary entrances, and to certain buildings immediately outside the city walls.
Added 'fence' mark to Niranye's stall in Windhelm
Added 'protected' marks to Blackbriar Lodge, Goldenglow Estate, and Honeybrew Meadery (after quest)
A few shadowmarks will now change based on the completion of certain quests (East Empire Company Office in Windhelm, Riften Warehouse, etc)
Disabled the 'safe' marks on tree stumps near Nightingale Hall. Lore states that this location has always been kept a secret from other Guild members, and even after it has been restored, there is nothing to suggest that the Hall should be considered a safe hidy-hole for general members.
Modified the shadowmarks to improve their appearance by cleaning up the pixelated edges and reducing the unrealistic shine of these decals.
Created new textures to further improve the appearance of the shadowmarks.
This mod adds Thieves Guild shadowmarks to player-owned homes and improves the appearance of the existing shadowmarks. Now you can inform fellow thieves of your status in the Guild, while simultaneously protecting your house and property from any unwanted visitors. This mod has no practical effect on gameplay or any other function in the game. It is solely a cosmetic change for roleplaying purposes.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Shadowmarks on player homes will automatically adjust depending on the ownership status of the home and the player's status with the Thieve Guild. Unowned homes will have the Empty mark; homes owned by non-guild members or banned members will have the Danger mark; and homes owned by members of Thieves Guild members will have a Guild mark.
If you wish to use the Loot shadowmark for non-member player homes instead of the Danger mark, then open the console and enter: Set TGRShadowmark_UseLootMark to 1 Shadowmarks will be updated the next time the cell is loaded.
If using the Legendary version, then the three buildable Hearthfire homes and Severin Manor will also receive a Guild mark if appropriate, but they won't receive any of the other marks if the player is not the owner or not a member of the Thieves Guild.
