   He is an idea I've just had:
   
   What if you made a shout
   called:
   
   Banshee scream
   
   it has a Very high pitched Scream that'll kill or Seriously wound people
   just an idea i had when playing other games...killing floor - siren (Screams to damage you) ^^
   
   just if any modded wanted a Challenge/idea.
   
   also contact me if you make it ^^ i'd test it out!

   @talon111 um, download the ck if you dont have it and copy down the names of the shout effects and words of power. or try redownloading this mod manually.

   well what i did was i went into skyrim, went into the console commands type
   Help Wordvol
   help wordag
   help wordriik
   if they pop up then do player.teachword for all the words, and if you dont have any dragon souls then use player.unlockword

   @talon111 did you use player.teachword
   and the IDs you use arent the ones with the tag spel, you use the WOOP tagged items
   which are WordVol WordAg WordRiik

   yea the codes are different for every computer, mine didnt work on my other save, so all you have to do is do
   help "Vol"
   Help "Ag"
   help "Riik"
   then do player.teachword and if you dont have dragon souls do player.unlockword

    Worked fine for me, but I had to dig up the commands that worked.
    I used player.teachword xx000d69, xx000d6a, xx000d6b
    Type "help" vol/riik
    Maybe it's different for everyone.
    
    On the other hand, silent shouting is kind of odd . . .
