NEW (17/2/2013)
I just started playing Skyrim again and I decided I was unhappy with the old look, so I remade it using RaceMenu by Expired, XCE - Xenius Character Enhancement by Xenius and AOF Believable Hair by AnOldFriend. I do not know whether or not you need the aforementioned mods to use the new version, but there is absolutely no point in not having them.
If anyone wants to use this is their own mods, go right ahead.
Here's a half-arsed attempt at making Ulfric Stormcloak look like his voice actor, Vladimir Kulich, specifically Kulich's character in Ironclad. I'm reasonably happy with how it turned out, myself. I also increased his size (scale 1.05), since Kulich is 6'5" in real life.
Thanks to Bethesda for making a brilliant game, and to Vladimir Kulich for looking totally badass.
