Just for people who might be thinking the same, the moderator wasn't being a bully, uploading TES games' musics/sounds/whatever is prohibited by Bethesda themselves, hence, the nexus will never allow it, period.
Yeah, it sucks, and they should have at least warned him, but Bethesda is incredibly heavy handed with their copyright. Like, they do not hesitate suing random people if they do things like that - the mod author, the site hosting it, they'd probably try to sue random people who commented as well, expressing their support. So be angry at Bethesda for forcing the moderator's hands, when it's clearly possible for studios to make their games' assets public property. CDProjekt Red proves that it works.

found your "playable-draugr-mod" and would like to use it in my own mod Draugr Weaponry because i didn 't finde out yet, how to prepare draugr-skins with new armor. I hope i can just give your Draugr-Race an armor like other npcs by putting it into the inventory.
Your mod could help me a bunch by adding more cool stuff to my mod, to make the draugr even more interesting.
