This was fixed in the Unofficial Skyrim Patch, making this mod mostly obsolete.
It would be nice to mention it in the description, as this mod would only be used by those who do not want USKP.
If users still experience this issue with USKP, they should first check their load order for things that overwrite USKP's files and then apply appropriate compatibility patches.
In vanilla Skyrim normaly only potions fortifing restoration, tigger this bug, but these potions enable eg a low level ring of healt, giving a one billion bonus of health.
This is much more usefull as modder´s resource as much rebalancing mods eg try to change the restorationpowermod or something else.
Nope insightful enchanter is working correctly, but it´s the CorpusEnchanter perk who seams to be broken It should be easy to fix ^^ edit: fixed Any other bugs? PS: please dot use the edit button if there is something new and important make a new post, as wouldn´t look it up if you don´t do so.
Finally... I was looking for a mod that either removes the fortify Restoration effect from ingredients or excludes enchant- and alchemy-effects from the fortification. This mod works almost perfect (only some custom items like the bags from bandolier mod seem to evade it), and does so without making any big changes to gamplay-mechanics that could lead to mod-conflicts. great mod, endorsed. I just wish you would give a more detailed description for the mod so more ppl will find and try it. It's a real shame this mod has gotten so few downloads, because it removes the biggest gamebreaker!
Edit: unfortunately this also disables the "Insightful Enchanter"-perk

Though.. I've never seen it occur before, is this some kind of trick with potions or do you always get higher stats on enchants through restoration?
