I am having a bit of difficulty with this mod. I don't think it is working as far as respawns go for me, and I don't know why.
If I look at the parameters mentioned using either creation kit or tesedit, I can see that they are set as described. I have the mod loading at the very last of 60+ mods.
My problem is that at least some areas are not respawning as I expect. For example, I went into dragon reach and cleaned it out of all the silver plates etc. Then going back to my home at Breezewood, I wait for 24 hours. I'd expect that dragon reach would have respawned then -- but it has not. Tables etc. are empty.
I've even tried changing the variables to a very low value (4 hours) for testing -- same result.
If I use console and execute the command "help respawn 3" I am shown global variables with names *similar* to the mentioned variables, except that they have "00_SICUser" prefixing the names. The values given for those variables are: 180 for cellcleared and 60 for cell.
Can anyone help me make this mod work the way I am thinking it should work -- or tell me why my assumption is wrong.
Way late, so you probably figured something out already, but my guess is that this mod doesn't change anything for the respawn settings in houses? I really wouldn't know for sure though, because I have yet to figure out exactly how this all works in Skyrim...
Some places are definitely set so they will not respawn, but I don't know if Dragonsreach is one of them... (it does have a lot of the main quest happening there, so it could actually be set so it won't ever respawn).
If you're so desperate for money that you're willing to "trick" the game in such a way then wouldn't it be easier just to console yourself a bunch of gold instead?
If the loot exists then I should be able to sell it. In Oblivion I used to drag it all over Cyrodill until it was all sold. I used to walk from Imperial City to the caves back and forth until all the loot was sold.
is there any chance some one could tell me how to make an area cell respawn like only towns specifically all I want is for that game breaking f*#@ up Bethesda did when they did not patch the random npc rage problem. im f*#@ing so over not doing anything wrong and having some if not all of a town come after me is so bloody annoying.

Otherwise you have to sell, save, kill the vendor, reload the game, repeat. It gets boring.
