I first was introduced to this mod via Scatsbury's Skyrim Randomness part 9 on Youtube (Kharjo gets struck by lightning at the very beginning). Finally decided 'I want it.' after a rewatch.
Okay, time for a silly question: are you more likely to get struck by lighting if you're holding a greatsword? I was trying to get myself struck by lightning so I could see the effect. Lightning was striking all around me, but never me for some reason. I tried holding an iron greatsword hoping it may act as a lightning rod. It didn't seem to work in my case at the very least.
Quick question, could this cause visible sky box seams and does it include low resolution purple hued clouds that I somehow ended up with?
I run the game on : SSD, I9 9900K, 2080 Ti, and everything looks amazing except said particular clouds that seem to be tied to a particular weather, and occasionally being able to see a very clear sky box seam. If those are vanilla issues, what can I do to address them?
Mods I use that might tamper with that :
Wonders of Weather Lightning During ThunderStorms(Minty) Vivid Clouds and Fogs Morning Fogs Re True Storms Realistic Water Two SMIM and Skyrim HD Sounds Of Skyrim Complete LE AOS2
...And of course all their compatibility patches that I needed. I've followed instructions to the letter as well.
Has anyone experienced a type mismatch while RSpatches attempts to do changes for Minty's compatibility? I get a type mismatch error on line 216 in RSFunctions.pas. First time it has happened (this is a new rebuild). Google-fu is not my friend today, thought I'd ask for help here before attempting something drastic.
Using TesEdit 4.0.2 btw after fixing the version mismatch code. Thanks for any advice.
same issue here it just does not work with real shelter it seems. And do not remove line 216. It makes the patcher run, but breaks real shelter ingame.
I kind of managed to fix it. Going back to version 3.2 of tes5edit, seemed to do trick. You will still have to apply the line 779 version fix for RS shelter with notepad++. But the patcher works and no mismatch error for line 216.
Tested and Minty lightning works as well when under shelter. Not a pretty fix, but it seems to work now.

Yes, the mod has no known incompatibilities apart from COT of which there is a patch mod to fix that.
* COT Users *
If you have COT installed then you still need the COT lightning patch mod installed, regardless of updates to this mod.
* No Rain *
Try forcing a weather via console i.e. "fw 10a241" and the rain should reset to normal.

If you got a crash, check whether you are running this mod as well.
Loving this mod here otherwise. No other issues.
Hmm tjecking out the comment section i probably will not try this out, not one for bugged mods.
