No worries on the usage, I normally keep my mods to myself, any support at all is neat.

I was actually considering making this mod even more 'talent tree' like and make 'tiers' that are unlocked by the number of points you have spent in the tree or on the character's level. The basic idea of the mod as it is would be that you could build a rounded character and fill out what you wanted by lvl40-50 or you could build each talent up at a time and quickly specialize in one tree by lvl15-20 then move to another.

What I wanted to avoid is having game altering perks given too early. To some extent I did this by leaving or modifying the skill reqs but I think it would be neat to tie some of the perks directly to level the way Fallout 3 and New Vegas have done.

As for incorporating other mods, I probably won't be doing that. I generally build things from the ground up. If you (or anyone) want to point me in the direction of bugged perks I would be happy to look into it.

As for a vampire perk tree, well it just isn't lore friendly. Vampirism is disease with a cause and a cure. It has fluid pros and cons based on the stages of vampirism. I just don't see how permanent perks would be of much use to such a dynamic part of the game.

I just saw your message in my inbox
Great you did this. However i'm not gonna use it soon, as all my current chars are based on PerQ and I would get confused if i had some with PerQ and some with your mod. I'm gonna dl and endorse though so more people get to know your mod and certainly some day I'm gonna use it. If you could look for buggy perks in the game (like matching armor set perks) and include fixes for them, that would be great and you would have an advantage over other mods. Or, if you have the time you could do versions for other perk mods (like smithing perk overhaul or armor perk overhauls or the mod (i forgot it's name) that adds a perk tree for vampires and merges lockpick and pickpocket) For that you would of course need permission from their creators as you would need to include parts of their mods into yours.
