   What Tom said. Sometimes Alduin is a bit too scary to jump on, hehe. Thanks for this.

   I believe you can still jump on Alduin, and from him it should be no problem jumping to the inn, no matter what mods you are using.

   If I understand what he's saying, this mod brings the Helgen inn closer to the tower (from where you have to jump at the beginning of the game).
   He's done this because there's a mod out there that reduces your jump height, making the jump impossible.
   
   Hope I'm right...
