I was searching for older LE companions, seeing if any appealed to me enough to spend effort trying to import them into Skyrim SE (which is all I play now).
Thought that Cinthowen looked worthy. Took a fair bit of effort, but she's now happily residing at my Ayleid palace. Thank you for her!
@laomaster My idea was to obtain a combination of long ranged combat attributes. Other followers of mine are keeping a pure archer behaviour. Cinthowen is different only to give the people a better choice of followers. By the way, classic description of Elves tell us that they had both great magical powers and an extraordinary marksman ability. I tried to obtain something similar. Glaween and Sharwyn use magic only to protect themselves and restore health. You can choose to have them, if you need a pure archer.

concepts2a, exactly what version is giving you this kind of problem? Have you installed this mod using Skyrim mod manager as I suggested inn the readme or not? If you are using a version with Apachii hair, are you sure that it is installed in right way? Apachii Skyhair is a mod of 2012, I really do not understand how you can get a version of it dated 2011. Have you a localized version of Skyrim? What? Have you any mod that interact with Companions? Is the latest patch installed in your system? Anyway, you can try this: disable all your mods but Apachii Skyhair, then try this file. It is better if you do this test on a vanilla version, and in this case you can also disable Apachii Skyhair. If your game do not CTD, it is not a problem of this file. Then, reactivate other mods one by one; there will be one of them that will cause CTD, used in combination with this file. In this case, we can talk of a copatibility problem. If you will give a detailed description of your problem, I will try to help you solving it. Otherwise, I will not be able to help. Other people use this file without any problem, and I've tested it for a long time, so I am convinced that the problem is in your game, and in particular in mods that are installed into your game, and not in my mod. Sorry E, She doesn't work for me in any way,shape or form. Have tried numerous combinations to get her to work, keeps shutting down my game. Too bad, would have loved to have had her in-game.
endorsed and btw im a modder too (im noob though) and i know what you mean i have create some companions with custom spells (on look and power and effects ) plus fushed spells and extra eye candy auras ( and not only) and many difrent looks and sometimes get low rating and ( i know i should add dialoge but i only know the basic and my english are poor) not up to the level of my work or of how much time i have spent ( at least in my opinion but not only mine) andi feel sad or even pissed sometimes lol xd
(btw why dont you try useing the ck to make everything ready for the companion exept the look and then go to npc editor to fix the look i think you can make a better work that way (thats what i do and you fix the browned head that way)
btw im about to release my last companions snow prince and fire lady if would be great if you tell me your opinion about them Also since will stop if i can be on any help (though im a noob) about compnion makeing especialy creating more unique spells or add some dialoge voice etc PM me (though you probably know better)
