Endorsed. I didnt like how you suddenly decided to regenerate slower in combat. "Oh wait, im in battle, let me heal more slowly." Makes hell for mages at lower levels, what with the reduced magicka regen.
Vanilla base magicka regeneration is 3% per second out of combat and 1% per second in combat.
