About this mod
Changes game settings so that your stats always regen at 100%, even in combat. Health, magicka, and stamina will all regen in combat just like they do out of combat.

In combat, basic stats(health, magic, and stamina) regen 70% of what they regen out of combat.
With Improved Combat Regen:
In combat, basic stats(health, magic, and stamina) regen 100% of what they regen out of combat.
